Welcome to the Rick Hill Insurance Agency! We have been your local State Farm Agency in Columbus, GA since 1999. My team and I take great pride in being here for all of your auto, home, life, health, renters and small business insurance needs.

I am a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a degree in Finance & Insurance. My community involvement over the years includes Board of Directors for the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce, Past President of NAIFA of Columbus , Past President of the Sertoma Club of Columbus, American Red Cross Board of Directors, Toys for Tots of Columbus, Rotary Club of Columbus, past Chair of St. Paul UMC Board of Directors and coach of numerous youth baseball and soccer teams.

Our office has been voted as a Readers Choice Favorite Insurance Agency in Columbus 10 times in the 22 years we have been serving this community.

Hi, my name is Cindy Noland.  I am from North Carolina but have called Georgia home for the last 22  years.  I have spent 20 years as an insurance professional with the Rick Hill State Farm Agency. My focus as Office Manager is to provide excellent customer service and problem solve for the office.  I love the fact that I have worked in the same office for all 20 years and have built trusting relationships with so many customers.   I enjoy helping people find the right products to fit their situation.  I pride myself in finding ways to help customers save money while providing them the valuable coverage they need to protect themselves and their property.  My plan is to stay with Rick until I retire!
